If you are already a member at our Scottsdale or Denver location, you can add any program to your existing account. Your screening is matched to the record your care team already keeps, so nothing needs to be repeated.

For clients starting online

Clients who start online receive the same provider review, the same licensed 503A pharmacy, and the same refill oversight as members seen in person. No visit to a Meridian location is required.
